Friendly and honest. Went in thinking I needed a suspension refresh due to some noise in the rear, and they found the source was my rear bumper and tire mount. They could have easily sold me on parts and labor for the suspension and I never would have known, but instead they fixed the bumper and saved me a bunch of money. Will be back.

This place is great. All of the employees are very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. I never have to worry about the work they do, and if something is off they will gladly check their work and fix it, no problem. We need to keep mechanics like these up here.

We lost the key to our Thule box while up in Frisco amongst all of the snow. My wife called around and found the guys at Specialized, who were able to help. They quickly picked the old lock and replaced the locks with new ones. We were in and out within an hour and back on the slopes that same morning. Incredibly thankful for their help.

Specialized does not just do trucks and SUVs, they are also great with cars. They did a superb job installing new exhaust tips on our silver Volvo, the same car they put tips on 10 years ago. They care about what they do!

I called with an emergency windshield wiper repair during a big snowstorm. I had to drive to Denver and my wipers were not working. Four other shops said they were too busy to look, but Brandon told me to come in and they would see what they could do. They fixed it on the spot while I took a work call, and could not have been nicer. I can not thank them enough!

Traveling from Nebraska to Vail, our Tahoe needed emergency service with a fuel module replacement. Adam, Dewey, and their staff were very accommodating. Really good guys. Went the extra mile to take care of us.
